ah all the lines
each day
I seem to deepen
and progress
into my true
colors
legs
wrapped
in Shades of mocha
topped
twice
with
swirled
café
creme
stockings
without
garters
arms
bronzed
and
blonde
like the afternoon sun
wrists and ankles
where the untouched
flesh
remains
pale
soft
as though cuffed
protected
from
knowing
Face
glowing
cheeks
kissed
crimson
beneath
beryl
eyes
but
the merciless master
capricious
with his strokes
dragged
the
china- bristle
along
each
breast
a
rosey
moon
remnant
burnished
brown
shoulders
spattered
with
gutter
umber
amber
outlines
where
wings
once
were
I know not what I seem
all
thoughts
of
blending
fade
into the colorless
night
Here is where
stars
scatter
sparkle
calling out
my
willing
edge
